Sorry, my english isn't very well. I want to know the formular, if
you have a given amount of MAT, i.e.:
planet size: 1000
planet resources: 10
planet population: 600
planet industrie: 500
MAT on planet: 250
How much mass can be built on such a planet?
or
planet size: 1000
planet resources: 10
planet population: 1000
planet industrie: 1000
MAT on planet: 25
How much mass can be built on such a planet?
