A thought that occured to me was that you could allow a simple, "Yep
I've played it" kind of thing.. But you could also allow users a method
of applying say 1 to 5 against certain criteria.  This could be
averaged to give a score.  Potentially that average could be in some
way affected by the total "popularity" score.  You could then allow a
different kinds of "Top ten" lists....

If you are interested in exploring some of this.. I have a decent
amount of programming background and might be able to help out.
