Free Soccer/Football PBEM Simulator Available: MSWL Olmec

MSWL Olmec, the latest version (10) of MSWL Software is now available.  The
software is free to download and use to run your soccer/football play by
(e)mail league.

The program includes detailed statistics for players, leagues, and teams.
New to this version is the ability to create and utilize referees in
matches.  The referees tendencies can affect 4 different areas:
1)Strictness--more or less bookings and penalties 2)Game Flow--the more open
the flow the more offense, while if the ref has a negative rating the game
results in a more defensive one 3)Home Bias--how much the referee favors the
home team OR favors the away team 4)Offsides--whether the referee calls more
or fewer offside (we just use the ref for this rather than have linesmen as
well).

Other new additions include a variety of configuration options such as
player aging, captain's bonus, MVP Bonus, Modified Endurance Levels,
optional Match Revenues/Attendance (split the gate or give it all to the
home team?).  The HTML results, team pages, and league tables are back in
the program as well and have been enhanced.
