Players will use diplomacy, treachery, and war as tactics in their pursuit of an empire worthy of replacing Alexander's own. Note that in this game, you represent a character, an individual person. You are not your country, or your Senate. Sometimes you won't get your way. But if you're popular enough, people will follow you to hell. If you're unpopular enough, they won't give you the time of day (especially since wathces hadn't been invented). As a character, you may be killed, kidnapped, held for ransom, and so on. If your character is killed, from then on you are only a lurker in the game. I doubt anyone will die of old age:) To play, go check out the website, and then email the GM, telling us what you know of the ancient world, and the sort of character you'd like to play.
