Welcome to the Stone Age, a time of brutish chieftains, where the only law was
that of the jungle.  Revisit an ancient time on earth, on a forgotten island
continent.  For on this prehistoric land, great beasts dwelt, having survived
from the Jurassic age of the past.  These creatures were the most powerful that
have ever lumbered across the savage face of this earth:  these were the
dinosaurs.  Upon this ancient sub-continent, man had found methods to tame and
train these beasts, and to harness them as weapons of war.  In Saurian Lords,
players take the role of a tribal chieftain, leading a tribe of stone-age
humans.  You must lead your minions and herds of mighty dinosaurs in the quest
to carve out a kingdom.  If you succeed, your deeds will be carven into the
annals of time, and will change the course of history itself.  If you fail, you
shall be forgotten, and your tribe will become extinct.  Raise now the banner
of war, and take the reigns of your tribe, for the struggle awaits.

About the Game:  Saurian Lords uses a small software program, called
Lizardware.  You use this to input all of your orders for your tribe.  Declare
War, Form Alliances, and sent forth your armies of beasts to
conquer territories.  All of your forces are shown as miniatures on a game map,
