Description:

The OIFL is a league based on the Arena Football League (AFL).	Managers
will create a team of up to 20 players, and by the beginning of September,
will be able to start playing eachother for the rights to play in the OIFL
Playoffs and eventually, the OIFL Championship Game.

The OIFL is one of very few Arena Football Based PBEM games, and hopes to
be one of the best.  Admission is free, and admission to the OIFL's first
season is guaranteed.  Each team will play 2 preseason games, 16 regular
seasons, and the best teams will make it to the OIFL playoffs.

There is going to be financial management in the OIFL.	Managers set up
ticket prices and concession prices.  Better teams attract more fans.
