Description:

Tethys Base is a distant planetary base on the edge of the
explored frontier in Beta quadrant.  We are looking for experienced
personnel willing to volunteer for an assignment that demands
self-sufficiency and high degrees of technical skill. We are the
headquarters and training base for the 8th Expeditionary Fleet.
     We seek mature, creative players to take part in our PBEM game in a
story-telling / role playing environment that stresses characterization
and story development. We are here for adventure and fun.  Because of our
key position with in 8th Fleet we often take part in joint missions with
other ships of the 8th Fleet.
     We are in need of Security, Engineering and Science officers.
This is an expanding game, and there are also openings for players
wishing to take on an ambassadorial or civilian role.  Such
characters need to be developed in conjunction with the GM to assure
smooth game entry.
