Description:

Lords of the Earth 32: The Birth of Magic is a blend of historical
and fantasy elements. The game is based around a rising level of magic.
At the start (1000 AD) magic is almost non-existent, but as time moves on
(in 5 year turns) the level will slowly increase allowing more powerful
magical feats to be accomplished. Players play nations, religious primacies
(the Pope for example), and secret empires. More player types will become
available as the game progresses, including religious orders, merchant houses,
and several others (I can't say what, because they are to be a surprise)

The rules are freely available (using the base Lords of the Earth 5.8.x rules
as well as my magic supplements)

There are many excellent postions available at this time.
