You control everything. Your people, taxes, armys, navys and airforces. You live in a world that has other nations, other presidents, other leaders that are all just as powerfull as you. A state of cold war has been in play for many decades. But peace is current in your world, for now. Your people have demanded that you fulfill your promises, that the promises you gave when you were elected are to be met. Otherwise there will be a coo, and your people will revolt against you and your governemnt. How will you provide them with this promise? If you do not then you will lose power and somone else will take your place, and that will just not do... So how will you use your nation, will you become an all powerfull super power and take over the other nations making your empire larger, will you allie with other nations with common goals to become stronger? Will you cower in the shadows and be forgotten for all time? This game has very few rules apart from the obvious one. You do as you wish (within the guidelines) and use your countries full strength and power to the upmost to fulfill your goals.
