Re: BREAKING NEWS ON PAYPAL SCAM!!!!! 8222 From: Chris Thomas <cthomas@precisecastings.com> Date: Fri, 07 Dec 2001 13:55:42 +0000 I have had XLNT dealings with PayPal as both a seller, and a buyer. As a buyer, I had paid for an item, and after 6 weeks, still hadn't received it. Numerous emails went unanswered. Ebay's complaint process was a joke, due to their fee's and crap, just because the item was inexpensive (about $12.00). I followed PayPal's complaint process, and within 2 days, the seller contacted me, and I had my merchandise within 2 additional days. The complaint process WORKS. I will CONTINUE to use PayPal with complete confidence.
