I don't run any commercial game, but I know how it is going at Madhouse
with the game Mortis Maximus.
There is a version of this game which used to be the beta-test
that can be played for free. But, they only run it when they have time,
so after the beta ended, the time beween turns increased a lot : from
2 weeks to some months...
In fact, I'd say they have abandonned this free version.
