Description:

It is a time of change within the Alpha Quadrant. The political
infrastructures of the aligned forces completely unlike those seen before.
With the Allied Fleet pushing back the remnants of the Dominion, a new era
has dawned.

A quiet whisper from the dark...

A small voice from within the fleets...

A movement of unification.

From light years away, Romulan dissadents have gained power within the
Praetorial Senate, initiating a reform. An alliance with the other
governments of the Alpha Quadrant. A policy to ensure the sanctity of all
people.

Yet a quiet fear lurks within the minds of government tacticians. The
Dominion, having returned to the Gamma Quadrant, was not defeated. Taking
passage through the Bajoran wormhole with their multitude of forces, they
returned home, taking the Breen with them.

With a push from Chancellor Martok, and those Admirals in Charge of the
Federations' Starfleet, a plan was conceived. A first defense in the event
of a Dominion re-surgance.

ECHELON FLEET

A combination of forces. A Federation Starbase, unlike any other ever
constructed. A joint task force of Romulan, Klingon, and Federation
warships. Based in the Gamma Quadrant. Our newest hope, for an era of
peace.

It is here, 50,000 light-years away, on the edge of an unexplored new
frontier that they make their stand united
