I'm a C# and PHP developer by trade who enjoyed many years playing PBM games in my youth (primarily fantasy wargames). I'm interested in writing such a game with both a web-based and email based interface, ideally 100% computer moderated by I'm open to suggestions. This isn't for profit, it'd be released under GPL and developed in my spare time. I'm looking for some people who'd perhaps like to create such a game but don't have (or want!) the technical skills themselves, but are full of ideas and rules and techniques for making it work. Ideally I'd like to make something generic like the COSMOS system, but that's not an immediate concern - just making something fun is. Drop me an email if you're interested.
