From memory, the House Rules cover this for Galaxy. As GM,
there should never be more than one person from the same
domain playing a given game. The IP addresses on sign
up should not be from the same Class C (by corollary)
IP space. Also from memory, your games say they follow
the House Rules.

Penalty is expulsion from the game, and barring from further
games at your discretion.

And I wish I had time to play - last game was a little
disappointing for me due to time constraints, so I'm
refraaining from signing for the current ones.
