Description:

THE FBL IS A REPLAY LEAGUE THAT WILL START AS SOON AS WE GET 12 OWNERS TO
START THE LEAGUE IT WILL CONSIST OF 12 WEEKS TO TAKE YOUR TEAM TO THE
PLAYOFFS. IF I CANNOT GET ENOUGH OWNERS FOR THE 1959 SEASON. I WILL GO
WITH THE CURRENT PLAYERS

If there are no conflicts of owners on teams then they will have there pick
of what team they want. If there is a conflict then Owners will be required to
email the Commish there favorite teams by priority. 1 the highest 10 the
lowest.
If there is a team draft, That will take place offline and will take a day or
so once the teams are picked I will send a email out when the deadline is for
there Lineups, and coaching profiles.  For those without the game there
will be a survey sent out. There will be a deadline sent for weekly lineup
changes. That will be determined on a weekly basis.
