My project team is working to develop a prototype for "Mr. Sake". "Mr. Sake" is intended to be a high end homebrewing solution that allows end users to conveniently produce quality Sake. We are current working to assess customer needs. It would be extremely helpful to get feedback from potential end users. I would really appreciate an email from anyone on this newsgroup who would potentially consider brewing sake at home. It would be extremely useful if you could characterize (in your own words) what Mr. Sake should be. [Obviously, we have our own ideas, however, unbiased comments are really the most useful.
