Just at first glimpse. The title page loads too slowly, looks somewhat amateur
and uses frames (get rid of those monsters).

I don't mean to sound harsh, but these are all the same mistakes I made when I
first did a PBM page, and I got ripped to ribbons about it, so Im just trying
to save you the same experience. <g>  Feel free to completely disagree or
disregard.

I notice a definite lack of a "what on earth is this about?" section or link.
I can see that the F.A.Q. has info for new players, but you'll be losing a lot
of potential players without a simple, easy to understand, easy to find "what
is this" section, which should be the first link a visitor sees.

The colour scheme is not one I like, but thats personal preference.  Others may
like it.  The logo is the biggest letdown.

Go play some PBEM games.  Designing and running a game without ever having
played one (which is what you seem to claim) is utter insanity IMHO.

Hope this is helpful, or at least not overly infuriating.
