Ah, the potential!

executive chair, behind your executive table, in your executive office,
in your executive suite, on the 130th floor...  Who would've thought a
nobody from Jerkwater USA could end up being as important as me?  You
fire up Microshaft Internet Exploiter on your PC and open two web
browser windows--the first to www.blowjobs-r-us.com and the other to a
search engine where you enter the keywords "unexploited reserves of
third-world child labor".  As the web pages come down over your
excruciatingly-slow 45 Mbps fiber-optic connection, you pull out one of
the 7.62mm fully-automatic assault rifles the you keep under the desk to
stop 'criminals' from breaking in and stealing your Bible.  You use its
telescopic sight to check out the 'assets' of women and girls on the
street below, only to be distracted as General Motor's latest SUV (the
"Phallic 12+") thunders past--all 7 meters, 15 seats, 5 tons and
quarter-mile-per-gallon of it.  Man, I gotta get me one of those--gotta
get me some R.E.S.P.E.C.T!"

And thus begins the quest for "Global Asshole"... [ da dum dum ]

Naturally, all the rules would be contained in "A Yankers Guide to the
New World Order", and sold to players at prices only Americans can
afford.  The rest of the world is used to playing games without knowing
the rules, so no-one should notice...

It should also pretty-much ensure that Americans are the only ones with
any chance of winning.  That is, of course, assuming we actually want to
let anyone else in the world play "Global Asshole".  (We set that nice
precendent with the "World Series", you see, and, well, playing with
ourselves has become a comforting tradition I don't think we should give
up lightly.)

Anyway, I'm so excited about this that I've got to go and get my gun
off, so why don't you flesh out the rest of the game, write the
software, organise the financing, and then start a shelf company and get
ready to IPO it for a few billion... then check back with me for
approval?  Thanks for volunteering.  And remember:  We work together as
a team, and we do everything _my_ way!
