Description:

Starbase 251 is an online RPG Community based in the Star Trek universe.
Though we have been known to dip into other genres as well and as it suits
with the story we are currently telling.

The goal of this game is not to rise in rank, nor to have your own
command. While these things are quite possible, the focus of our game is
on the people. Our purpose is to have fun, play with other people and
develop the characters as much as possible. Complex plots, character
developing, rich stories and interesting worlds are our focus. We believe
these can be best achieved from any position a character might hold and
fast promotions often smother other development.

Whether we are exploring new worlds or distant galaxies, or escaping black
holes, we encourage the growth to our community and expansion of our
group.

We welcome new players and a mentor based training system seens new
arrivals well trained to join the larger group.
