Description:

Los Angeles by Night is a PbEM role playing game where the characters from
Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the Angel Chronicles are set in White Wolf's
World of Darkness. We are an dynamic group of writers that have been
actively posting since February 2002. We've recently had a few prime show
characters become available and are accepting auditions for Angel, Oz and
Giles. Players for these characters must have substantial knowledge of WoD
rules and character creation and must also be committed to posting
frequent, quality posts with lots of collaboration and interaction with
other established characters. Original characters will be considered upon
submission of a detailed profile and history.

As of game date October 12, 2001, the Scoobies are in the midst of a
crisis (so what else is new?). Anya and Xander had been married less then
a week when an evil Nephandi Mage set in motion a series of events that
plunged the Scooby Gang into chaos. After turning the innocence of the
young dragon against his new found friends by manipulating his mind, the
Nephandi stole Angel's soul, unleashing Angelus to terrorize those the
fallen Champion loves most. He tortured Xander and had the same fate in
store for Xander's best friend, a young Silent Strider garou. But the
lupine sacrificed himself by setting off an explosion that he hoped would
destroy the evil vampire once and for all. But Angelus survived the blast
and although the heroic garou escaped into the Umbra, he was snatched up
and possessed by a Psychomachea bane, unleashing a second monster to
further compound the murderous rampage started by Angelus.

We're looking for someone that can play Oz as a Fianna werewolf and Angel
as a Brujah vampire. Giles is currently a moderated character, but we
would consider auditions for any player that felt they were up to the
challenge of playing a Watcher in this world. Oh, and did we mention that
Buffy is no longer the Slayer? When Willow resurrected her she was brought
back as an Ahmenti (mummy), chosen warrior to serve alongside pharaohs and
priests in the fight against the Dark Lord.
