The AL is housed in the city of San Maritus, nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan just north of Chicago. It's here that some of the finest warriors have assembled to compete for the ultimate prize, the AL's Grandmaster Title. The AL is essentially a "real time" setting. No futuristic twists and turns, or ancient civilization revistited.
