Description:

The gods are young and the world is new.
Only a few centuries have passed since the creation of the world.  The
elven elders and dragons tell tales of gods walking and battling on the
earth.	For 3 centuries the gods have been away from the world of man and
order is starting to come to Akthor.  The world is young and awaiting
great heroes and villains to shape the world.

What I am looking for is groups or single players that are interesting in
playing a game of D&D by e-mail.  If you prefer to be in a group or solo
please let me know in your e-mail.  The campaign will start off low level
but will evolve around the players.  I have created a new campaign
starting from scratch and would like to try to have the players help to
shape it.  I am looking for evil villains to create terror and
devastation.  Mighty heroes to guard or lead the goodly races so they may
survive these troubled times.  You can write any back ground for your
level 1 charecter (basic races to start) that you wish as long as it would
fit in to the campaign.  A lot of the typical creatures now considered
common place (such as drow, hook horrors, displacer beasts, and many
others) have yet to come to life in the young world of Akthor.	Only races
are Human, Orc, Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Halfling, and Goblin.

I would like to start as soon as possible.  I am a sailor and spend months
at sea with nothing else to do but e-mail.  Time to play the game will not
be a problem for me.
