The USS Eclipse NCC-70081 was built as the original batch of six Galaxy
class starships fitted to enter active service under the Starfleet Naval
Service in the early 2360s, the original six were the Galaxy, Enterprise,
Yamato, Venture, Odyssey and finally the Eclipse between the 2362-65 era.

It's history is long and illustriaus and has seen it's many glories and
falls under it's many commanders. Now it's the end of the Dominion War,
and the dawn of a new age is rising for the Federation, it's many worlds
still recovering and rebuilding the foundations of what we've lost in
battle and bloodshed from the war. Yet the Galaxy is still an unstable
place, the once mighty Romulan Empire is in the middle of a power vacuum
after a failed Reman Coup, and many other threats are growing outside our
borders.

Join Lt. Cmdr Tanaka Kiat Chan and man your station on the Eclipse and
defend Federation Sovereignity and to strength Starfleet's mandate for
peace and exploration.
