A small wiry man walks in through the front door.
 After having taken no more that three steps into the
 room he stumbles over his own feet, catching himself
 at the last moment.  He straightems heimself up to his
 full unimpresive hight and pulls his pants up higher on
 his hip, perhaps a little to high.  All his clothes are
 loose fitting maybee a size or two to big.  His hands and
 Feet are obviously to big for his body in fact everything
 about him seems ill fitting.  He looks as if he were a lost
 little boy, mouth agape and his eyes constantly scaning the
 room.  If you are a local and spend much time here you recognize
 him as a regular and that he always looks lost.  In fact you
 may have seen him bumping into things all over the city to the
 bemusement of any who gather to watch. As he walks further into the
 bar he doesn't quiet miss bumping into the first table [ sory if this
 is impossible I lost the map file ] and causes more problems while
 being overly apoligetic. He then heads to the bar and orders a
 tankered of wine. as he turns back toward the rest of the bar
 he wipes his mouth on his sleve. He is stading by the bar.
 In phisical appearance he has long black hair and overly big green eyes
 in addition to afore mentioned phisical characteristice.
