I have organized game #14 of Diplomacy!

There is always a possiblity that one person may have bad e-mail
connections with the other players, so try to contact
fiend@utaphy.bitnet even if you didn't get into this game, and if you
succesfully contact him you will replace anyone who can't start the
game due to e-mail problems.

I am now ready to organize game #15.

To get in game #15, you need to have a UUCP address that allows you
to contact uunet!frith!ipecac!jhl.  At this time I expect to have no
e-mail restrictions for game #16.

I am now opening a Gunboat game where you don't know who your
opponents are, you only communicate through press.  I have two people
on my waiting list.

I still need GUEST PUBLISHERS for my zine, ELECTRONIC PROTOCOL.
Guest publishers just cut and past five games together and post this
on rec.games.pbm.  This is done twice a week, on Monday and
Wednesday.  It's easy!
