Reading this newsgroup, a few questions arose about "civil disorder". I'm from the Netherlands (no, not Holland, that's just two of our 12 provinces...), and our rules, which are stated in dutch, do not provide the rules for civil disorder. I wondered if the US-rules or british rules (are they the same?) DO provide these rules, or if someone else has made them up (I admit: they are quite useful).
