Harpoon PBM

I would like to experiment with Harpoon as a PBEM game. To do this, I will
need 2 players, with their own rule-sets, and a fair knowledge of the game.
I would like to start slow. I have two scenarios in mind for testing:

Sc 1:	In the Gulf of Sidra

Two players, one American captain controlling
			the Spruance-class USS Caron, and one Libyan
			controlling two OSA-II PTM's (Soviet-made).

Sc 5:	Over the North Sea

One UK flight commander, with 4 FGR.2 Phantoms,
			trying to intercept a Soviet flight of 4 MiG-23MF
			Flogger G's and 4 Su-24 Fencers.

If I get 4 interested parties, I may try to run both. THIS IS THE BETA
TEST STAGE. Closer to Alpha test, as I am not really sure how I will
handle some parts yet.
