This is because it appears there may be email problems with Turkey. Fall 1909 of game BLITZKRIEG (BNC 1989HL) (GM is dougi@astro.as.utexas.edu/ Doug Ingram) Still Not Received. Will contact Eric about this. OPERATION OVERLORD: Spring 1908 (BNC 1989HM) (GMed by Davisje@crd.ge.com/Jon Davis) I am sorry to say that I have had an NMR from Russia. I am trying to get in contact. If I hear nothing by tomorrow, then I will need a replacement player, and the turn will be delayed a little bit. By the way I have had a proposal for a three way draw between Russia, England, and Turkey. Could I have votes by the next Sunday deadline. Richard. France -> England : Ain't no stopping you now ! But that's okay 'cos I don't want to. France -> Russia : A good diplomacy player is one who deals with the realities of the current position not the broken promises of yesteryear. I think you missed my point completely. France -> Turkey : No reply means no, I guess. GM -> Players : A draw has been proposed for Russia, Turkey and England. So far the votes are three yes's, and one NVR (which counts as a yes vote), so if no one changes their minds my career as GM of OO will be short but sweet. DEADLINE -------- The deadline for the draw proposal and for the Fall 1908 moves will be SUNDAY 21st January 1990 at 10pm EST. I have received a no vote for the draw proposal, so we carry on the battle. Richard. Spring 1906 of Game GETTYSBURG (BNC 1989HN) (GM'ed by george%cs.cornell.edu@usc.edu (George R.
