I will be using Champs IV rules, I want to see Character Submissions before accepting anyone, with probably anywhere from 8 to 12 people total. Access to Internet Relay Chat(command is probably either irc or chat) is a must. The origin of the world: Similiar to our own, except that 1 year ago, a Dr. Felix developed a method of creating Supertypes. There is just one problem. It tends to drive people crazy. A second method was worked out, but it is nowhere near as good an affect. Things are starting to go haywire. Quite a few people are willing to pay handsomely for controlling these crazy supertypes. There are also other problems to deal with as well, such as crime. The Location of the game is in the Los Angelos area. You can be one of 3 'builds' 1) The super-normal Base of 100 pts. Max Disads 150, 50 pts from any category. Secret ID, all points from Dependances, Vulnerbilities, Public IDs, and Susceptibilities are halved. Have to take Normal Characteristic Maxima, gain no points, but are allowed to use Tech. May not take more than 2 Damage Classes with Martial arts All Powers that one takes MUST be bought with No Concious Control and with the +3/4 advantage Invisible to all except unusual. Powers that are already invisible do not need this. Example: Detect Emotions, Range, Sense, Discrimatory, -2 limit NCC. Total cost is 15pts EB 12d6, +3/4 Partial Invisible, -2 limit NCC. Total cost is 35pts. In general, think of the NCC abilities as "Psychic" abilities. 2) 1st Generation Superhuman Base 0pts, upto 300pts Disads, 75 from any category If want to use normal tech, pay 20pts Must have DISTINCTIVE power. Average 40-50pts Active 60 Max 18-25 Def 30 Def Max No other limits 3) 2nd Generation Superhuman Base 100pts, upto 100pts Disads, 50 from any category, allowed upto 120pts Disads if they take Normal Characteristic Maxima. If want to use normal tech, pay 20 pts Average 30-40pts Active 45 Max 8-15 Def, 20 def Max, maximum of 10 resistant No powers making them immune to conventional weaponry Not recommended to have powers/talents with Stop, unless bought NCC. I want to see personalities above all. Also, Superhumans can easily take a reputation for being "Crazy". Skills are probably going to be important. Know something of:1 pt Decent in skill: 2-3 pts Good at skill:4-10pts Master at skill:8+ with 6+ in related complimentary skills I.e. Acting as an example Bum off the street 1pt Familiarity with Acting 8- Does Commercials if Lucky, 3pt Acting skill, 12- Gets regular parts, nothing great or noteworthy, 3 pt Acting Skill, +1 to 3 with roll 12-16 roll.
