Last time I got an article posted on this subject I had no answers at
all. Is there no one out there playing any of these two great AH
war-games ?

I am interested in starting a small PBM campaign in both of these
games. I will offer myself as GM if no other volunteers. Please mail
me. (See the address below, I have no news access myself)

RNG server:

I have read about a die/RNG server which should exist on some of
the BBS's. Is there something like it on the net ?
Anybody who wants to create one ?

It should receive a mail containing 2 numbers, the first is the number
of random numbers wanted, and the 2nd should be the number of sides on
the dice.

After the two numbers in the first line there must follow mail
adresses of all players who has to get a copy of the numbers.

This would effectively prevent cheating.
