Description:

iRAPTOR is a rapid reaction private mercenary unit, whose members are
ex-military persons. Background organisation is Shivagroup Ltd, a
South-African based private air freight enterprise. Missions and funding
are arranged by Shivagroup Ltd,  and operational area of iRAPTOR is Europe
and east thereof.

iRAPTOR is a Play-By-Email roleplaying game, exploring the activities of a
private mercenary unit. Players are wanted for following roles:
-	An active member of iRAPTOR -team: main role characters who
continue from one mission to the next
-	Supporting and opposing character roles, who might appear and
disappear based on the scenario.
Supporting and opposing roles are meant to provide a non-prejudiced
representation of several possible nationalities, cultures, religions,
attitudes and personalities that can be encountered within the area of
operations.

iRAPTOR �game has it own system of character generation. The multinational
base team consists of at least swedish, finnish, brittish, south-african
and australian nationalities of ex-militaries. Possibly a few others.
These characters have their own personal history and connection to the
base story.

Player picks out one of these characters. To develop the personality,
player chooses activities that influence character attributes. Player goes
through psychological and social aptitude testing. All this causes
specific natural tendencies to arise. Military career and development of
skills continues to the point when Shivagroup Ltd. recruits the character
into iRAPTOR �team. The team will then together go through the final phase
of training, which is designed to prepare for activity in the local area
of operations. The same system is used to create all other characters in
the game.

iRAPTOR �game aspires towards shared interactive storytelling, where
players can focus their efforts on the challenges and choices made by them
within their characters.
