No move or attack or support is possible in winter. Switzerland: Every unit in Switzerland has an automatic support of 1, impossible to cut. To enter empty switerland, you need one support, unless you own that supply center. Always imagine that there is one unit of the country who possesses Switz in the territory. Northern Africa: An army (not a fleet) can move Andalousie-Naf. If there is a unit in the other side, then you need one extra support to gain succes (If And is occupied by A spain, the Balkan army in Naf would need two supports to win, if the spanish one is not supported. If there is nobody on the other side, no support is needed. Sicilia: You can also move, using the same method, from Sicilia to Naples and vice-versa. But it is impossible for Cor-Sar and Bel-Lon. The Russian fleet in St Petersburg starts on the Northern Coast. Scandinavia starts with two fleets, in Norway and Finland. Spain starts with a fleet in Portugal. The Balkans start with a fleet in Greece. Rumania, Bohemia and Prussia are neutral. There are 42 supply centers, so you earn victory with 22 of them.
