Description:

The War of Ages is a conflict between the Leaders of the Galactic Union
against the Golgathan Homeworld and its allies. The GU represents the
smaller systems surrounding the Golgothan Alliance that had been sucked
into the ever expanding empire.

Then a General within the GU formed an academy for soldiers to enter
before being put on the battlefield. General Victan Maihan established the
school a half century before the present war, in the year 510 GU (510
years after the formation of the GU). Now his son presides over the
academy, pressing his recruits through the rigors of training to prepare
them for the fight of their lives, to protect their people from the
reaching tentacles that strangled the life out of swept up systems.
