Everything went as planned. Even the plan to lure the last Turkish fleet into Ankara and speed up the demilitarization of Turkey has been a success and the Russian army is now already in Armenia on its way back to its homeland. The Czar thanked Lord Dan for his brilliant foresight of the Kaisers reaction that lead to the fall of Berlin. The Russian army there will certainly support Austria against Munich, although a counter-attack from the south German army is to be feared. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LA Times, evening edition. A fund raising concert was given by the Dolling Greens today. They were attempting to raise money for the international group CASA - Countries Aligned to Stay Alive. Leading the event was Hugh Moore, noted philanthropist. He stated that in the European conflict, the two countries of Italy and Austria now control over half of the production facilities. If the rest of Europe wants to remain free, they need to band together. He pledged to meet the contributions gathered from this event to organize such a coalition. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Naples News, Nov 21, 1907. The Empress who appears to have fully recovered from her gunshot wound spoke briefly in front of the palace today. She explained that the war effort had turned to the better, and that additional forces would be sent to assist. She rebuked the Czar for his continued support of the English monarchy. She called the Czars attitude one of fear. Noting that the powers of Europe now number five, she hoped that delays would be minimized now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GM NOTES: Winter builds are due Friday. You will, of course, all get them in on time. Cheers!
