It is the Third Age of Shendaril.

Over a century has passed since the Second Age - the Age of Wars -
ended. Now it is a time of warriors and wizards, empires and
exploration. It is the Age of Heroes.

Deep in the Dragonspine Mountains the dwarves fight an ongoing battle
against hordes of orcs and goblins. To the north, the Witchqueen and
her Githyanki followers plot the conquest of the free lands.

Beyond the western shield of the Dragonclaw Mountains the desert
princes of Amadayr scheme and plot against one another. In the midst
is the Kingdom of Southmoor, a green and pleasant land unaware of the
insidious evil festering below its own surface.

During the Second Age, a band of legendary adventurers was forged.
Dubbed the Grey Company by good King Aleric, they were renowned as
heroes who stood for law and righteousness.

Having come of age in the city of Threshold, you have heard the tales
of their exploits. Making a pact with your friends, you have decided
to make names for yourselves by becoming adventurers and joining the
ranks of this extraordinary guild.

But first you must prove yourselves worthy to join their ranks...

"The Adventures of the Grey Company" is a fantasy game based solidly
in D6 Fantasy with tropes from D&D 3.5 added to give it some
additional "old school" flavor. Characters will start out as
fledgling adventurers and become heroes of renown as time passes. The
big emphasis will be on roleplaying.

Players must be mature, responsible in posting, open minded, and
tolerant of others ideas and of new ideas.
