Enjoy! --George Pax Britannica Game II, code name KIPLING Game Start The Movement/Status Change phase will go like in three phases, 1 phase a week. Military units can be bought, placed, and moved in any of the three phases, subject to the normal movement rules and restrictions. In the first 2 phases, only one level of a status marker may be bought, on a per territory basis. So, if no status marker exists for a nation in an area, only an interest can be placed. If a status marker exists, it may only be upgraded one level in each phase. In the third and final phase, a status marker may be upgraded an arbitrary number of levels in a territory only in the case that the status marker was bought/upgraded in EACH of the previous two phases. Example: France wants to build a possession in Kenya, but has no status markers there. In phase one, he builds an interest. In phase two, he builds an influence. In phase three, he buys the possession.
