It's an annual road rally you play at home with a Rand McNally road atlas and a set of confusing, contradictory, impossible tasks/directions/places to find on the map. You order it by mail, get map/directions/etc. by mail, and mail in your answers to the Old Maltese, the fictional person who sets you the tasks.
