ANNOUNCEMENT: The World Electronic Hockey League

This is a call for players for my newest sports simulation play-by-email
game, the World electronic Hockey League. This is basically a management
game: you are the owner/GM/Coach of a pro hockey team, you must manage
your roster, make trades, prepare lineups, hire/fire coaches and scouts,
draft amateur players, etc.

I will accept requests for teams until next Saturday; at that time, I
 will mail the WeHL rules to all prospective players. Note that the
 WeHL rules are somewhat different from standard NHL rules (if such
 a thing exists; after all, these guys have a different rulebook for
 the third period, another for the playoffs, ...) and that the league
 concept is somewhat similar to the WLAF. Do not expect to be able to
 hire goons.

Time requirements should be easily manageable: about an hour or two to
 create the basic roster, and another hour every week after that.

Note that this is going to be a playtest season, and that it should last
 about 15 weeks overall.
