They can be very successful, as certain strikers he challenged me with showed. One in particular (I won't name him) had ST 17 WT 21 WL 5 (Jason just loved the Halbard) and kicked butt on nearly everyone he fought. I believe he made it to AD with a very respectable record (17-4 or something like that) and even TV'd in a tourney or two. > >As I recall, I spent the 14 points mostly in Wit, splitting the rest up in >WL and DF (with most of the extra in WL). Yeah, strikers have an incredible ability to conserve endurance. I've seen Strikers outlast TPs, through a combination of knocking them around, and just flat out conserving their wind. 10-10-10 does put them out quick, though. I usually run mine 10-8-8-Decis in the first minue, then cut it down to 10-5-6 in the 2nd, 8-4-8 in the 3rd, and down to about 5-4-5 by 6th on. > >I guess he'll probably not do well in AD, but I am hoping that the skills he >learns will make him competitive for a while. I don't think I waste my time and money on this guy, but then again I am running a 13-5-18-13-17-5-13 striker. 0-1 so far. 8-P Donald Trump Newsgroups: rec.games.pbm Subject: Duelmasters: Wierd Striker Summary: Expires: References: <19NOV199111102167@crvax.sri.com> Sender: Followup-To: Distribution: Organization: Trump Gladiatorial Enterprises Keywords: In article <19NOV199111102167@crvax.sri.com> hlavaty@crvax.sri.com ("James Hlavaty") writes: >Here's a wierd Striker design I'm running.
