I agree with you here. I don't like the idea of money automatically
teleporting to guild leaders or any other entity. The entrance fee method
(as opposed to a PAY command) is a convenience. If the PAY command is used,
the unit desiring entrance in an organization must perform the following
steps:
	1. Request to join the organization
	2. Pay a representative of the organization
	3. Wait for official acceptance

The representative of the organization must do the following:

1. Acknowledge the request to join
	2. Wait for payment
	3. Issue some official proclamation, command, etc ...
		to make the requestor a member

It would also be nice to be able to set up minimum acceptance requirements.
Such that any unit attempting to join, which does not meet the minimum
requirements, is automatically rejected.

I envision that organizations might be able to develop new skills specific
to the purpose of their organization. This, however, would probably be
a difficult thing to add to the game in an ad hoc manner.

More to the point, though, i would like an organization to have the ability
to purchase, control, etc... units which belong to the organization's faction.
Not a specific member of the organization. Property, such as ships, horses,
etc... would be a good candidate.
