Of course!  I have my reservations about a 3 SP, but this character doesn't
give you too many choices.  He would also be good as a PL, WS, TP, or PR.
Basically, you've got an awesome character there!

Start him out fast: 10-10-6-None, attacking the HE and protecting the BD.
Slow it down to 8-6-8-None or so in minute 2, and then around 5-3-5-None
for minutes 3 and on.  In desperation, dodge like a maniac: 2-10-4-Dodge.
This should be modified as the character fights, until you find a
strategy that he does really well with.

A possibility is an 11-8-12-16-15-5-17 Wall of Steel/Total Parry, training
WT to 17 ASAP (also, you might try WT 15 WL 16, training WL to 17 on his
first fight).  This also has possibilities as an AB, although in that
case I would go 13-8-12-16-13-5-17, training WT to 17 ASAP and then skills
thereafter.  Run like the first roll-up.
