Yes!  You might be able to make a better warrior, though.  Maybe a
9-8-9-17-17-7-17 Lunger?  He'd have a better record, and do a lot better in
general.  Also, from what I'm seeing, the lunger has a better attack bonus
than the Aimed Blow.  As I said before, they win a lot more, too.
As a waste:
11-11-9-17-17-5-13
or
11-8-9-17-21-5-13 (better; good TP, too, but better Waste)

The Wizard of Oz will tell you what a great Slasher this would make (same
design, David?)

This _is_ a great rollup.  I'm not sure that I'd use your AB design for a
number of reasons:
1)  Aimed Blows die.
2)  A 3 speed has an _extremely_ adverse effect on riposte, and more
important for an AB, defense.  Your defense is low enough, don't injure
yourself even more.
3)  A good AB (like yours) makes a better something else (like my guys).
4)  AB's take too long to get good (in my opinion)

Run with high numbers.  Vlad likes 10-10-6-x, but I prefer 10-6-6-x

If you desperately want to run a good warrior who will get trounced over the
long term (3 years), I would suggest:
11-8-12-16-16-5-16 Waste (or lunger or slasher, if you're feeling
courageous)

The idea behind this guy is too train wit/will/deftness once each, then
learn skills forever.  You'll have a good, solid warrior who will be useless
in 5 years (quite a long time!).  He could be really good, if you don't mind
the stat trains.

On the other hand, you could go 11-11-12-15-15-5-15  (waste).  Depending on
the quality of warrior in France, he could be mediocre to spectacular.
