Game 2 was ended rather abruptly when the drive containing the game database was NEWFS'd. It will not happen again. I'm hoping to get 40 players total. I have made changes since the last game, but the spirit of the game is the same. Players in Game 1 (which is still in progress) need not respond (especially you Rob! :-) Players who were forcibly knocked out of game 1 or 2 ARE encouraged to re-apply. Star Empires is a simple multi-player space warfare game. It is based on strategy more than tactics. It uses a rather primitive play system and novices are encouraged to play.
