NEWBIE : attitude question From: frits@ph.tn.tudelft.nl (Frits Kuijlman) Date: Tue, 26 May 1992 12:11:19 +0000 Well, I just survived my first turn and have already recruited some men. Hurray! I'll just study and wait for the lore sheets to appear, this will keep it interesting. However, I have a question about attitude settings. The rules only clarify friendly, cooperative and neutral, so I know that I shouldn't set the default to friendly because then everybody can plunder my inventory. But, I don't know what unfriendly and hostile have for effects. I just saw the Black Knight slaughter a unit in Drucartan. It was the most wimpy unit in Drucartan(I think) and the Black Knight was set to unfriendly. Should I run if I see an unfriendly unit? Not that I think that it would help since I saw the Black Knight follow the majority of people who fled to Ossicus(grin!). And if an unfriendly unit means danger, what worse things can a hostile unit do? Just trying to survive an not be a wimp for too long, Frits -- Frits Kuijlman frits @ ph.tn.tudelft.nl Delft University of Technology The Netherlands Up
