I haven't taken the time to develop my own, but seeing as I probably have about a dozen or so characters who have reached all six experts, I will put up their stats and allow you to guess there base rating's, NEX's etc. After seeing your guess, I will e-mail the result back to you and will ask you for some insight on your method. I have a good idea how stats-skills relate by the not so old Boss Rat chart, but it by no means explains my TP with 18 decisiveness skills and still no expert :( Give me your opinion, because if I don't see any response, I'll assume that no one is interested.
