Ideally, I'd like a tool that could display a map (scanned in, perhaps) with the hexes overlaid and the units placed on the map. It would also allow me to move the units. It doesn't need to have any intelligence - it doesn't need to resolve combat or anything like that. Of course, this could be used for any similar game. Does anything like this exist that runs under X? Anything close? I'll write my own if I really have to, but .... -David Referenced By Up
