I need some help on the UPGRADE order as I would like to know what happens. If you look at the upgrade table the command hulls go down. Does this happen or do you keep your hulls and only get increases not decreases? I am in the FET afiliation what about all you other BSE players? COME ON WRITE IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
