But there are always some above average monsters, and monsters with a supernatural state are always stronger. The troll you listed sounds to me like a monster with a supernatural state-some bonuses on MR and SR, or a troll with equipment, but most of them do not have such things. There is also another possibility: Monsters with an ID between 1040-1260 are always much stronger then the normal ones. E.g. There is a swamp monster in the Paverain Swamp with the following stats: 1500 HP, 25000 ATT, 70 DEF, 750 SA, 15 MR, 15 SR, 15 DAM, 15 INV-nice isnt he ? Ok hope I have helped you - Greetings Mike Up
