Not that _I_ know of.  Of course, you won't be joining any AD "political
factions" if you only run short-term warriors....

11 deft isn't "bad."  It's decent.  Anything lower is what I'd call "bad."
And even bad stats can be counteracted.  I mean, a 10 deft warrior with 21
wit/will has a "bad" deft, but isn't a "bad" warrior...

I don't think you can do anything to "compensate" for it... I'm not sure
what you mean by that anyway.  Strategywise?  I would run a starting lunger
the same way, 11 deft, or 21 deft....

You can.  I'm not sure that it's worth anything, but it won't hurt at all.
Don't train anything else besides st, though.

Nononono.  Send out your SHORT-TERM offensives out with no armor.  It's
VITAL that they get the jump.

Run your LONG-TERM offensives in ALE-L.
