I do not know the Damage-for ROI Games-but it has a Special Attack of 750 and an attack bonus of about 500%-more then a Pwr 4 Elven Longbow. And the user can cast the following spells with 2 SP/Mana: 18,176. It also saves 1 or 2 SP/Mana whenever the user casts a spell. I only once saw a better weapon-the Dragonfirebow#823. This one has a SA of 2000. #1165 Orb of return: Maybe the unser will be teleported somewhere in a production. I also think that this item may be an artifact for some faction goals, but dont take it for sure. Yours Mike. Up
